Diss’ annual Remembrance Parade and Service will take place on Sunday 8th November, starting at 2:10pm following the usual route along Mere Street. Around 35 organisations are taking part, including the Salvation Army Band, Armed Forces, emergency services, and youth groups.

A Drumhead Service will be held in the Market Place, followed by a service at St Mary’s Church. Roads will be closed from 2-3:30pm.

A minute’s silence will also be observed in the Market Place at 11am on Wednesday 11^th November.
