The mayor’s Civic Ceremony is set to take place on Sunday 12th September 2021 at 3pm in St Mary’s Church, Diss, IP22 4QQ. 

The service will include hymns, readings and speeches chosen by new mayor, Councillor Eric Taylor. As well as inviting all members of the public, Councillor Taylor’s guests will include local dignitaries, family members, friends, colleagues, and representatives from local organisations. Light refreshments will be provided. There will also be a collection for the mayor’s chosen charity, MIND.
