Diss Town Council is hosting its Annual Town Meeting – a meeting of the electors of Diss and open to all Town residents – on Wednesday 29th April 2026 from 6pm at The Corn Hall, St Nicholas Street, Diss.

We would love for local organisations, groups or town event organisers to join us again this year to promote and display the work you do in the community. Display spaces are free.

The event will take a similar format to previous years with opportunities to network and find out what all three Councils have been doing on your behalf of the Town over the last year.

There will also be a chance to:

• Meet other local organisations and representatives

• See the presentation of our Honoured and Junior Good Citizen Awards

• Find out more about the year ahead

We are able to provide tables and chairs for your displays and promotional materials.  Please let us know asap if you would like to attend as spaces will be limited and we will offer them to a first come first served basis.

Set up will be from 4.45pm with the event opening at 6pm and finishing at approximately 8.30pm.  Light refreshments will be available.

Please be aware that there is no parking available at the venue so exhibitors will need to drop off their display materials via the side entrance and then park in the nearby public car parks.

Please confirm as soon as possible if you would like a table reserved for a display. Tables will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
