Saturday – 12:00 till late – “Car Show & Shine” with CarCrazedFool – during the day we are having CarCrazedFool down with some of his cars! We invite you to bring your classic, retro or supercar and be entered in “Show & Shine” for you chance to win BEER. If you don’t have a classic car then get down and admire them all! We are hoping for New, Old, Cars, Trucks etc!!
At 6pm we have Vincent Knight playing!
Sunday – 12:00 – 16:00 – ‘BeerAfter’ – Join us for a Sunday BBQ at the Brewery!
On Sunday afternoon we have The girl in the hat from Debenham!

The legendary Norfolk Goldwings and their owners will be returning to Applewood Countryside Park for their annual visit.
Grab your chance to see these magnificent bikes up close as they line-up to show off their custom paintwork and decorated lights before parading around the site and offering rides! They will be doing this on both Friday and Saturday evening (17th-18th August) – well worth taking a look!

Banham Car Boot is well established and has been in operation since 1984, with up to 200 stalls each week including bric-a-brac, food, plants, antiques and clothing of which 70% are private and 30% are trade.
We also have 70 pitches undercover FREE car parking close to the site with disabled spaces.

The Classic Car Show with a range of Classic Cars, Classic Bikes and Classic Trucks on show is a returning esteemed show in Suffolk, Stonham Barns is very proud and thrilled to be hosting for over the past 8 years.
The show is going to be a wonderful day out for all the family with an abundance of things to do and see throughout the day.
Come and see the 100’s of Classic Cars, Classic Bikes and Classic Trucks that will be at the show; along with Car Club Owners Stands, auto jumble, trade stands for you to browse around, numerous food outlets, bars, fun entertainment and children’s play zone.
Everyone is welcome to come along for the day, whether you are a classic car enthusiast and want to view the beautiful cars, a family wanting to try something different for a day out or someone wanting to show your car for the day, the organisers would love to see you!!
Dogs are welcome on the day as long as they are kept on a lead.

HIIT STEP has landed!
Every Tuesday evening at Heywood; 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training … on Steps.
This isn’t for the faint-hearted, think ‘boot camp’ without the mud.
On Tuesday 21 August at 7pm, we have a FREE trial session for anyone who thinks they have what it takes; REAL men and women only.
Message the club if you want your name in the hat.
There’ll also be a 60 minutes Step Aerobics class immediately after every HIIT Step session, so you’ll have two opportunities to take one of the ten steps available.
Wednesdays 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th August
10am – 11am or 11am – 12pm
Bring your kids along to burn off some energy and have great fun playing a range of playground and big group games including Quick Cricket, Rounders, Stuck in the Mud and more (plus a variety of parachute games for younger children), all organised by Jamie – a trained Sports Teacher who is fully DBS checked. Suitable for ages 4 – 11 years. Includes drink & a biscuit. Limit of 30 children per session. Parents must stay on site with their children at all times.
Session numbers are limited and it is advisable to book places in advance. To book please comment below with the date and time of the session, and number of children that you wish to attend. We’ll contact you to confirm.
