This Free Yoga Taster Class is for you if:

You ever wondered what yoga was all about but never had the courage to give it a go.
Now is your chance to try it out with an experienced teacher who will guide you through the basics in a safe, non-judgemental and friendly environment and give you a good foundation should you then wish to join a class.

You are feeling stiff and struggling with back pain most days….

I help people just like you to reduce stress, overthinking, and back pain from their daily lives.

At your Free Switch off, Relax and Improve Back Pain Yoga session you will receive:
* A pack of handouts with easy to follow sequence of postures & breathing techniques
*Learn how to release back aches and pain
*Discover how to relax and switch off a busy mind
*Leave feeling refreshed, peaceful and knowing how to get a good night’s sleep.
