Pilates East Anglia classes

Regular exercise is the best anti-ageing medicine you can give yourself.

A body in motion tends to stay in motion and the team at Plates East Anglia firmly believe that including some Pilates practise into your weekly routine can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint health.

Clinical Pilates is now well recognised in the medical world – consultants, surgeons and GP’s regularly advise patients to undertake Pilates exercise, many health professionals consider it one of the best forms of exercise for pre-surgery preparation and post surgery recovery.

Our instructors are trained to help you use specialised equipment during the courses to help you monitor and improve your lumbar stability, one of the main ways to reduce and manage back pain.

As Pilates is a mind and body exercise requiring concentration, focus and breath control, it can also be beneficial in relieving stress and aiding relaxation.

We have different levels to suit from complete beginner to advanced inclucing Pilates Barre classes.

We also offer catch-up classes so if you are sick or away no need to miss out!
